Come gather, breathe, and restore with community at ‘The Nook’.
This trauma-informed, gender and neuro-affirming class guides you through gentle movement, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body and mind.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this space is for all bodies and experience levels.
Take a moment to pause, rest, and nourish yourself within a supportive community.

About Dylan ‘Bones’ Wolfe
Queer and gender diverse, Bones is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist (in training), dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and healing spaces.
Their classes focus on trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, chronic pain relief, and helping students reconnect with themselves and community.

Event Schedule

10:30 to 11:00am – Optional Tea & Settle In
Get comfortable, meet others, and enjoy a warm cup of tea.

11:00 to 12:00pm – Deep Rest Yoga Class
Gentle trauma-informed restorative yoga with light movement, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation to relax your body and calm your mind.
All bodies and experience levels welcome.

12:30 to 1:00pm – Optional Tea & Community Time
Stay a little longer to connect, chat, and enjoy the supportive community space.

What to Bring / What to expect

Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets + eye pillows are provided (unless you’d like to bring your own)
Bring a water bottle if preferred (tea and water provided)
Comfort items welcome: pillow, plush toy, crystal, earplugs or anything that helps you feel soothed and supported
Non-intrusive, respectful candid photos may be taken for social media/website use.
Your comfort and privacy are priority to us.
If you’d prefer your face not appear, please get in touch beforehand and we will arrange ourselves accordingly.
Ticket Options – Sliding Scale / Suggested Donation

We strive to make these events accessible to everyone.

entering the amount you are able to pay in the payment section along with your details (any other donation amounts unfortunately cannot be registered as a legitimate ticket).

Community – $25
For low income or budget-conscious attendees
General – $33
Standard ticket for most participants.
Supporter – $40
Optional pay-it-forward ticket.
Your extra contribution helps keep this event accessible for others and supports marginalised communities.
*Extra funds recieved from supporter tickets will be donated as Palestianian Aid.
Free tickets are available for First Nations participants.

Tram: Routes 3 and 16 stop nearby, also a 5 to 10 minute walk

Parking: 1 hour and 2 hour free parking is available nearby
