About
The 314 Movement is a peer-led mental health initiative for LGBTQIAPN+ communities by Euphoria Social.
It aims to:
Reduce stigma around mental health
Encourage early help-seeking
Strengthen community connection
The 314 Check-In is simple, repeatable, and accessible:
3 Gratitudes – what you’re thankful for
1 Support – a person, place, or service that supports you
4 Breaths – slow, grounding breaths
March 14 – 314 Awareness Day
March 14 is recognised as LGBTQIAPN+ Mental Health Awareness Day through the 314 Movement.
- community-led
- flexible
- grassroots
- focused on visibility, reflection, and connection
Communities are encouraged to participate in ways that suit them — from small conversations to local events or sharing resources. It’s not about scale or spectacle. It’s about showing up for each other.
