Finding a counselling space where you can feel safe to be yourself can sometimes be challenging. Being met with warmth and judgement-free support is so important. As an LGBTQIA+ person myself, I am deeply committed to, and passionate about our community. I work to provide an inclusive, non-judgemental and person-centred counselling service to our community and our allies. Asking for help can be scary, but in connecting into counselling with me, you will be met with a space to be heard and to start to explore your world with self-compassion and kindness.

I work with young adults, primarily with LGBTQIA+ Community. I work with people in exploring their gender, sexuality and identity. I also specialise in working with people around grief and loss, anxiety, depression, psychosocial impacts of cancer and illness, family systems and interpersonal relationships. I work closely with young adults to explore their identity, who they are and where they fit in the world. I work to encourage self-understanding and expression, in the way that suits each individual. I also work with young adults who do not identify as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and will work with allies, family and partners.

I provide counselling and psychotherapy to clients with a range of different life issues. I aim to create an inclusive and trusting therapeutic relationship with all people. Together we can learn about and explore the different parts of you, that come together to make you whole.
