Counselling with Wei

About

Wei is a Queer, Trans, POC, differently-Abled Counsellor with A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in an ACAP approved sequence of Psychology, and Sociology. He provides counselling sessions using lived experience, a range of counselling techniques, and conducts sessions with great sensitivity and compassion. Wei gives individualised attention and detailed focus for all clients, especially those from diverse backgrounds. Wei is a member of the Australian Counselling Association, and work to the highest professional standards of safety and ethical conduct.

Sessions are centred around client success and goal focused solutions. Wei fosters a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for folx of all ages, backgrounds, and especially for the trans and gender expansive community and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as all levels of abilities and spectrums of neurodiversity. Wei includes meditation techniques, non-religious spirituality, and somatic based activities and music in his practice according to client needs.
