I am a registered counsellor located in Diamond Creek, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment. With a focus on diversity, inclusivity and understanding, I believe in establishing safety, trust and an affirming environment with young people, adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those who are neurodiverse.

Specialising in person-centered therapy, support is tailored for presentations including self-esteem, assertiveness, communication, relationships, life transitions, sexuality, gender identity, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, and neurodiversity.

As your trusted partner in healing and growth, you will be guided towards self-acceptance, resilience, and a journey aligned with your true self.
