About Jubilee Network

For the past 6 years, business owner Kevin Carr has worked alongside the NDIS in government, and non-government roles, and has seen his share of LGBT discrimination throughout. The one thing he noticed was that most providers claim to be ‘LGBTQ friendly’, but when it came down to it; there was a clear lack of understanding when it came to gender identity, trans rights, sexuality and individual expression which is at the very core of our community.

Something had to change.

On January 1, 2023, the Jubilee Network was born. Our aim, to change the way supports are discussed, selected and delivered for LGBTQ+ Clients.
Bringing together a comprehensive understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Act, strong communication and professionalism; and a passion to make a positive contribution to his community – Jubilee Network empowers you to live boldly, and transform your life.

What does Jubilee Network provide? 

We are a disability support provider, which means we provide a range of supports that are funded by the NDIS, and can be accessed through a Client’s NDIS Plan.

Our services include:

Support Coordination – helping you to navigate your NDIS plan, engage providers, plan your NDIS budget, provide ongoing monitoring, and assisting with any changes that need to be made in your Plan.

Support Work – assisting Clients to access their community whether it be going shopping, attending an event, going to the beach or even getting away for a weekend.

 

What if I don’t have an NDIS Plan yet? 

That’s okay, we provide a free service to help you prepare your application to the NDIS.
