We are queer-owned, neurodivergent-affirming, and Indigenous-supportive counselling and Qualifed Somatic Counselling and Psychotherapist, led by neurodivergent and gender-diverse practitioners.

In Somatic Psychotherapy, the body can heal itself. Just as a cut on your hand heals naturally, your nervous system also knows how to return to a state of calm and connection. However, after a stressful or traumatic event, this balance may not always restore itself on its own. While traditional talk therapy may not always address deep, physical responses, Somatic Psychotherapy helps by focusing on body sensations, movement, and breath to release stored stress and tension.

We prioritise authentic connection, deep listening, and human-to-human support. Our approach honours the indigenous awareness, and deep mind-body connection, acknowledging how emotions and experiences become stored in the body. We help individuals navigate healing in a way that fosters self-understanding, resilience, and empowerment.
