Talking Sleep Psychology
Talking Sleep Psychology’s team of Clinical and Provisional Psychologists are committed to providing a safe, affirming, and compassionate therapeutic space where client concerns will be heard and acknowledged. We work together with our clients to foster resilience and develop effective coping skills and strategies.
Our team can assist with a wide range of challenging mental health issues and specialise in treating sleep related difficulties. Issues we help support include:
- Sleep difficulties (e.g., parasomnia, shift work, sleep worry, etc.)
- Anxiety and worry
- Trauma (PTSD and Complex PTSD)
