The Guided Passage is holding sacred space for death as part of life.

Death is part of our story.

 

Our Vision is to ensure dignity for self identity, and that it remains protected at End of Life for all Trans Folk; through collaboration, education, advocacy and services.

In the journey of gender transition or affirming our gender identity, we may experience the unique death of our old identities.

The Guided Passage looks to offer a dedicated online space to support all transition (including that at the end of life) and explore the journey as a means to empower, heal and offer guidance to others.
