WholeSense is a specialised therapeutic service committed to creating inclusive, safe, and affirming spaces for healing, growth, and connection. We offer individual, couples, and group therapy—available in person, via Zoom, or through Telehealth.

Our team includes LGBTQ+ identifying professionals who bring lived experience, deep understanding, and professional expertise to the therapeutic relationship. We are proud to support LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, including those in non-traditional and polyamorous relationships. We understand the unique dynamics and challenges faced in these spaces, and we honour the diversity of love, identity, and expression in all its forms.

WholeSense also specialises in supporting individuals impacted by family and domestic violence and sexual violence. Our approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in compassion. We work with you to gently navigate your healing journey, restoring a sense of safety, agency, and self-worth.
