Headspace is now running Zaque – a safe space for LGBTIQ young people!

Zaque is a group that aims to provide a safe and supportive space for LGBTIQ young people aged 12-25! The group will give young people the opportunity to engage with like-minded young people and discuss LGBTI issues, projects, and community engagement!

Headspace will be holding three “Interest Sessions” for past, current, and future members, as well anyone interested in supporting youth diversity and LGBT…IQ issues. These sessions will provide participants an opportunity to give feedback on how Zaque has looked in the past, ideas for the future, and discussion around modelling and shaping of the new Zaque group.

The first formal Zaque group be confirmed following the interest sessions. More details to come! Zaque will be driven by the participants – the young people!
