A strategic marketing and partnerships leader, Felicity brings more than a decade of experience across arts, culture, festivals, and purpose-driven organisations, with a career focused on building audiences, strengthening brand impact, and securing sustainable revenue for community-led work.
Her background spans marketing strategy, digital communications, audience development, sponsorship and philanthropy, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. They have led large-scale, multi-channel campaigns reaching hundreds of thousands of people, overseen major brand refreshes and festival rollouts, and negotiated high-value corporate partnerships and philanthropic support that underpin ambitious cultural programming.
Felicity is particularly recognised for embedding accessibility, inclusion, and community voice into marketing and engagement practice, championing accessible communications, trauma-informed approaches, and audience-first design. Her work consistently centres LGBTQIA+ communities, ensuring visibility, safety, and meaningful representation across platforms and public spaces.
An experienced speaker and presenter, Felicity regularly contributes to industry forums, conferences, and panels on topics including cultural infrastructure, inclusive marketing, LGBTQIA+ representation, audience engagement, and the economic and social impact of festivals. They have presented to boards, government stakeholders, corporate partners, and sector peers, translating complex ideas into clear, practical frameworks. Her achievements include leading marketing and communications for nationally recognised festival programs, delivering record audience reach and engagement, securing new major partnerships, growing donor and supporter bases, and contributing to the positioning of LGBTQIA+ arts and culture as vital cultural and economic infrastructure.
