Biography
Steff Fenton (they/them) is a trans non binary speaker and writer helping people advance trans and gender diverse inclusion through storytelling and non-judgmental education. They are an international keynote speaker, published author, and have 10 years+ experience leading LGBTIQA+ training and consulting programs across Australia.
Steff has helped a range of not-for-profits, businesses, sporting clubs, faith communities, and schools to better include and support LGBTIQA+ people. These include NSW Health, the Australian Human Rights Commission, NSW Department of Education, Homelessness NSW, Commonwealth Bank, Sydney Swans, and the Uniting Church of Australia.
Steff's book "Gender Expansive Faith: How Trans Lives Are Illuminating the Divine, Transforming Feminism & Ending Christian Patriarchy" explores the intersections of being transgender and Christian, as well as how to advance women's rights alongside transgender rights.
