Join Bodhi & Ride for a spin class on the Victorian Pride Centre rooftop!

Sat 28 Jan 2023 – 8.30am, 9.30am or 10.30am. Each spin class is 45 minutes.

Each RIDE incorporates High Intensity Cardio Training to perfectly balance highs and lows of a heart-racing workout with fast choreography, jogs, epic climbs and a whole body burn every single time. If you’re yet to experience it for yourself, it’s time to get yourself on the bike.

Please bring your own sweat towel, water and cycle shoes (SPD MTB cleats) or you can ride in your trainers.
