About
Thorne Harbour Health is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme provider. Our NDIS services support the needs of our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender diverse, queer and intersex communities to ensure that all gender, sex, and sexually diverse individuals are treated with dignity and can participate fully in society. This commitment is set out in our Diversity Statement.
Thorne Harbour Health has been Rainbow Tick accredited, a framework that helps organisations show they provide safe, inclusive and affirming services for the LGBTIQ community.
NDIS Services
- Support coordination: We work with you to help you understand your NDIS plan and choose the best support services to help you achieve your goals.
- Help at home: We provide you with help in the home, including cooking, shopping and cleaning, and we help empower you to live independently.
- Community participation: We support you to take part in a range of community activities, including social events and training opportunities.

- Meeting the needs of our communities: people living with HIV and people with disability in the LGBTIQA+ community.
