I am a transgender/nonbinary counsellor with a passion for working with fellow community members. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults to both identify strengths and overcome challenges. With adolescents, I strive to create a safe space that promotes autonomy and empowerment, allowing for exploration and growth. Some other specific areas I am passionate about include anxiety, mood, and neurodiversity.

I have completed a Masters of Counselling at Monash University and I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association as a Level 2 counsellor. I employ evidence-based techniques and interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy, and a person-centred approach.
