Goulburn Valley Pride is an LGBTIQA+ social enterprise located on Yorta Yorta Nations Country in the Goulburn Velley, Shepparton.

Goulburn Valley Pride’s three focus areas are:

• Inclusion & Community – Fostering a sense of belonging and solidarity among LGBTIQA+ individuals in the region through events and support groups.
• Events & Celebrations – Vibrant pride events and celebrations that promote LGBTIQA+ visibility and acceptance in the community.
• Advocacy * Support – Advocating for LGBTIQA+ rights and provides essential support services, improving the quality of life for the local LGBTIQA+ community.

Lead by a board of management, passionate volunteers, and many members, GV Pride …

• Hosts events, workshops, and upskilling opportunities for the LGBTIQA+ community, and its allies.
• Provides the local GV Pride Community Hub, a physical space for community to gather, connect and feel safe, right in the heart of Shepparton.
• Coordinates the delivery of the annual major festival, Out in the Open, running each November.
• Offers a variety of connection and volunteer opportunities for those who are wanting to give back and seek connection to their community.
• Is a registered charity, offering support to community members in need.
