This queer-led ecotherapy workshop invites you into a supportive and grounding space to explore resilience and regrowth through connection with nature, creativity, and community.

Drawing on ecotherapy, expressive arts, and eco-mythic themes, the session includes gentle meditation, solo time in nature, creative exploration, shared reflection, and simple ritual. Together, we will explore how resilience shows up in the natural world through adaptation, interdependence, and regeneration, and how these same qualities live within queer bodies and histories.

The workshop acknowledges that many queer people carry layers of stress shaped by social, cultural, and historical forces, while keeping the focus on strengths, beauty, and the possibility of renewal. Rather than staying with what has been endured, we will move toward reconnection, belonging, and a felt sense of having a right to exist and co-exist within the living world.

This is an invitation to slow down, be held by nature, and leave with a renewed sense of connection to self, community, and the more-than-human world.

No prior experience with art or ecotherapy is needed. All LGBTQIA+ identities, bodies, and expressions are welcome.
