Rainbow Fertility provides fertility care and family-building support tailored to LGBTIQA+ individuals and couples. An initiative of City Fertility, the service helps people explore their options for becoming parents or preserving their fertility for the future.

Services include donor insemination, IVF, reciprocal IVF (also known as partner IVF), access to donor eggs and sperm, surrogacy-related fertility treatment, and egg and sperm freezing. The team also supports trans and gender diverse people to explore fertility preservation and family-building options.

In Victoria, consulting locations include East Melbourne, Bundoora, Notting Hill and Werribee. Treatment procedures take place at City Fertility’s accredited fertility clinics.

For people unsure where to begin, Rainbow Fertility offers a free initial fertility assessment with a GP, available by telehealth in Victoria. This appointment provides an opportunity to discuss your circumstances, ask questions and understand possible next steps. Tests and subsequent treatments may incur fees.
