Dog Policy

If you’re considering bringing your dog into the building, please take a moment to review our key guidelines:

 

Eligibility

  • Who can bring in dogs: Visitors, Tenants and Employees.
  • Where: Victorian Pride Centre, 79-81 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda, VIC 3182.

 

Health Requirements

  • Vaccinations: Your dog must have all vaccinations up to date, including the C5 vaccination.
  • Parasite Control: Ensure your dog is free from ticks and fleas.
  • Health History: No recent history of infections or ringworm

 

Behavioural Guidelines

  • House-Trained: Only fully house-trained dogs are allowed.
  • Control: Dogs must be on a leash and contained within the work area.
  • Behaviour: No aggressive, destructive, or excessively vocal dogs.
  • Restricted Areas: Dogs are NOT allowed in the Kitchen, Café, Bathroom, behind the Conceirge Desk, Meeting Rooms, or Theatrette.

 

Responsibilities

  • Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their dogs
  • Supervision: Dogs must be under control at all times.
  • Incident Reporting: Report any accidents to a VPC Team Member.

 

Liability

By bringing your dog into the Victorian Pride Centre, you agree to:

  • Release and Indemnify: Hold Victorian Pride Centre Ltd. harmless from any liability related to your dog.

 

Conduct

  • Respect Common Areas: Common spaces are for temporary use only.
  • Compliance: Follow the Victorian Pride Centre Code of Conduct.
