The 314 Movement Launch – Mar 14, 2026Register to join us – Tickets are free, but spaces are limited. Reserve yours so you don’t miss out!

A community picnic for everyday wellbeing
The 314 Movement Launch is a free, peer-led community event introducing Australia’s first LGBTQIAPN+ mental health initiative built around a simple daily practice:

    3 Gratitudes
    1 Support
    4 Breaths

We’ll be gathering outdoors in North Fitzroy to share food, stories, creativity, and time together. This isn’t a talk, a lecture, or a workshop you have to complete — it’s a gentle check-in with yourself and with each other.

This is not a clinical space.
    It’s a grassroots community event.

    What is the 314 Movement?
The 314 Movement is a peer-led mental health initiative for LGBTQIAPN+ communities by Euphoria Social.

    It aims to:
    Reduce stigma around mental health
    Encourage early help-seeking
    Strengthen community connection

The 314 Check-In is simple, repeatable, and accessible:

    3 Gratitudes – what you’re thankful for
1 Support – a person, place, or service that supports you
4 Breaths – slow, grounding breaths

The launch event introduces this practice through peer-led activities, storytelling, workshops, and lived-experience leadership.

What this day is (and isn’t)
This day is about everyday wellbeing, done together.
    It is:

    A calm, joyful picnic
Peer-led and grounded in lived experience
    Optional, gentle, and low-pressure
A place to listen, reflect, wander, or rest

    It is not:
    Crisis support
    Counselling, therapy, or medical care
A space where you must share anything personal
You’re welcome for five minutes or the whole afternoon. You don’t have to participate, support, or even stay — you belong either way.

    What’s happening on the day
There’s no strict schedule — come and go as you like.

    Activities include:
Arrival & Welcome: community sign-in, info packs, 314 cards, light grazing, and beverage

Acknowledgment of Country & Opening Ceremony
Community Check-In Circle: optional guided 314 practice
Peer Speakers: sharing lived experience and resilience strategies
Creative & Reflective Workshops: optional, peer-led, and trauma-informed
Mindful Community Walk: gentle guided walk through the gardens with reflection prompts lead by Invictus Health
Community Stalls: offering information, resources, and connection

    March 14 – 3-1-4 Awareness Day
