We’ve had so many updates, so here’s a quick, clear recap to help you get ready for Saturday. Ticket sales will close before the event – there will be no door tickets, so make sure you’re all set.

Food: BYO picnic food welcome. Some light grazing will be provided.
Drinks: BYO drinks welcome. Water on site. Lesbean & Co open for orders. Euphoria Social will shout the first handful of drinks to kick things off.
What to Wear & Bring
Sun-safe clothing, hats, sunglasses
Comfortable shoes
Blanket or rug for sitting
Reusable water bottle
Sensory or comfort items if helpful
Jacket or rain cover
Shade is limited, sunscreen available at Euphoria Social stall, but please bring what you need.
Accessibility & Quiet Space
Auslan interpreters for the welcome, speaker talks, performances with speech or singing, and closing reflections.
Workshops, stalls, and drag performances do not have interpreting.
Quiet/sensory space available near For Your Mind Boxes stall. Step away whenever needed.
Edinburgh Gardens is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets.
Getting There & Arriving
Public transport, walking, or biking recommended.
Street parking limited; allow extra time if driving.
Main meeting point: Rotunda (Map E6: Rotunda – close to St. Georges)
There is an accessible toilet’s.
Arrive anytime between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Visit the Euphoria Social stall for info and to say hello.
