DOUBLE BOOK LAUNCH, MARKETS AND PERFORMANCE EVENT

Join us on 3 December at the Bluestone Church Arts Space in Footscray to celebrate not one but two new collections of trans* and gender-diverse (TGD) writing, created by and with TGD peers from A Thousand Threads and Spilling the T Collective.

From 5.30pm pick up some arts, crafts or merch from our trans and gender-diverse market stalls and grab your discounted copy of We Twinkle Like Gold or In Flux.
At 6.30 we’ll officially launch both books and celebrate our contributors with book signings and tasty snacks.
7.30 kicks off a special event featuring writers from In Flux in a curated performance of their work.

We Twinkle Like Gold and In Flux: Trans and Gender-Diverse Reflections and Imaginings grew out of Melbourne-based writing workshops and a national call for submissions, and have both been produced by new trans/gender/queer publisher, Thousand Threads Press.

Whether you’re a word nerd or just want to celebrate TGD awesomeness, this FREE event is for you!
