A circuit walk in the west of Melbourne, from Werribee Station. This walk will go downstream from Werribee Station.

GRADE | LENGTH | TYPE: Grade 3: Moderate walk (graded according to the AWTGS: Australian Walking Tracks Grading System).

UPDATE: The planned walk was longer than originally thought, so we will now return to Werribee Station from Werribee Mansion by bus. This now makes the walk ~11km long.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: This easy and pleasant walk follows the Werribee River, then passes around the Open Range Zoo, Werribee Mansion, and then back by bus to the start. It is an easy, paved path with hardly any elevation, and it’s a beautiful track along the river. We will probably have lunch in the Mansion grounds (Rose Garden?).
