Meet employers face-to-face, explore open roles across industries, and get practical tools through workshops on self-advocacy, navigating disclosure, and asking the right questions to evaluate a workplace’s culture for yourself.

Connect with employee resource groups, organisations, and other job seekers building their careers on their own terms. This expo isn’t about handing you a list of “approved” employers, it’s about giving you the confidence, language, and resources to assess fit and advocate for what you need, wherever you work. Open to job seekers at all career stages. Free to attend and open to the public. Bring your resume, your questions, and come ready to network.
