Beyond the Canvas: Wrestlers from the Melbourne Wranglers bare their bodies and souls for an evening of artistic exploration and LGBTQIA+ Pride.  

Join us for an evening which celebrates the 10 year anniversary of the Melbourne Wranglers Wrestling Club, as they take off their kit for the sake of art.  

The session will consist of 7-8 models, each taking turns to deliver unique poses for artists to capture the form and beauty of the world’s oldest sport. 

The evening will progress from a series of short poses to a series of longer poses, allowing guests to warm-up their creative skills. Guests are encouraged to bring their own materials, but there will be equipment available on the night for the cost of a gold coin donation. 

Funds raised from this event will assist members of the club on their road to competing in the Gay Games 2026, located in Valencia, Spain. All support is much appreciated. 

This is an untutored life drawing session and artists of all ability levels are welcome. There will an official photographer on the night and artists are asked to refrain from photography out of respect for the models. If you do not want your photo taken, please let the host know when you arrive.
