Religion, spirituality & philosophy

Join us for a gently held, nature-inspired creative workshop exploring queer identity, connection, and belonging. Together we will weave myth, art, movement, and imagination into a nurturing community experience, celebrating diversity and the wildness of queer spirit.

In this 4-hour event, you will be invited to:
– connect with nature and place in a gentle way
– explore a myth of transformation and create your own mythical story
– create and embody your own mythical character through mask making and movement
– create a Queer Landscape collage
– participate in a group closing ritual
– share and witness each other with care and respect

No art skills or nature experience needed – just your curiosity and openness. Expect a blend of storytelling, mindfulness, movement, artmaking, and ritual in a safe, affirming environment.
Weather permitting, we will also spend a short time in a local park. If wet, an indoor alternative will be provided.

What to bring: any personal items for comfort, layers for weather. Tea and snacks provided.

This event is for adult LGBTQIA+ folks seeking connection, community, and creative expression.

Come as you are – we welcome all the ways you belong to yourself and the world.
