Step inside the creative worlds of four exciting filmmakers shaping the future of Australian storytelling.

Adrian Ortega brings sharp, poignant and beautifully observed snapshots of our western Melbourne, Kalu Oji explores migration, identity and the power of seeing yourself on screen; Kaede Miyamura crafts intimate, character-driven stories with a quiet emotional punch; and Goran Stolevski offers bold, genre-bending cinema that speaks to love, belonging and the messiness of being human.

Guided by MC Dea Jeremic, this lively conversation dives into making films that reflect our communities, challenge expectations, and celebrate the voices too often left out of the frame–a must-see for emerging creatives and film lovers alike.
