FAN and our Eastern Diversity Group is excited to announce that as part of our Wear It Purple outreach, we are facilitating a clothing swap for LGBTIQA+ Young People!
Join us to celebrate Wear-It-Purple day, If you have any gently used clothes or other accessories bring them to swap. Otherwise, come along and pick out more for your wardrobe!

Things to know:
• Young people do not have to bring clothes to participate in the event – we have received donations to ensure those that don’t have anything to swap can still participate!
• We will have mini games and Rainbow Face Paint set up as well 😃
• Photos will not be taken without the persons consent – we will have a participation sheet outlining the Privacy and Confidentiality policy and the young people will have the opportunity to decline.

Wear It Purple Day Theme this year is “Your Passion, Your Pride”, this event aims to provide the young people with an opportunity to access clothes, connect with community in hope to empower and affirm LGBTIQA+ Young Peoples identities. We will be showing up with pride, ready to have a chat to those who may not identify as LGBTIQA+ and raise awareness around the importance of accepting a young person no matter how they identify!!!!
