FAQs

Age & Participation

Is there a minimum or maximum age?
10YO with parent present and signed consent – there’s no upper age limit — just bring your sense of adventure.

Do participants under 18 need parental consent?
Yes — a parent or guardian over 18 must sign their waiver form.

Are there weight or height restrictions?
No — all are welcome.

Can people with disabilities or limited mobility take part?
Absolutely. We’re committed to making this inclusive. We can provide full-body harnesses and even arrange a support abseiler if needed. It may take a little longer, but it’s totally doable.

Event Flow & Timing

How long does the abseil take?
Only a few minutes per person. We aim to have 5–7 people waiting on the rooftop at any time to keep things flowing smoothly.

How will the day run?
Abseiling will be continuous throughout the day with two active lines and three instructors. Time slots help us stay organised.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled half-hour slot.

Clothing & Costumes

What should I wear?
Pants and comfortable clothes you can move in. Avoid skirts and dangly accessories. Long hair and hoodie strings should be tucked away.

Can I wear a costume?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t interfere with safety gear or harness fit.

Safety & Risk

Will there be a safety briefing?
Yes — your guide will give you a quick and supportive briefing at the edge before your descent.

What if it rains?
Light rain won’t stop us. If needed, we’ll switch to the indoor atrium abseil. Torrential downpours may delay activity.

Any medical restrictions?
Most people can participate. Diabetics with a pump should be cautious of harness placement. You can not participate if under the influence of alcohol.

Will medical support be available?
Yes — we’ll have a trained paramedic on site as part of our crew, ready to respond if needed.
