14 March – 314 Awareness Day (LGBTQIAPN+ mental health, Australia)

About

314 Awareness Day is a community-led mental health initiative in Australia focused on supporting LGBTQIAPN+ people.

The program promotes wellbeing through simple daily practices like 3 Gratitudes, 1 Support, 4 Breaths, and encourages peer connection, reflection, and early support around mental health.

Each year on 14 March, the movement encourages community hosts awareness events, community gatherings, and online activities to increase understanding of mental health challenges in queer communities and provide safe, low-barrier opportunities for support and engagement.

We are a part of Euphoria Social, who are registered as a: Not-for-profit.
