About

1800 My Options provides information about contraception, unplanned pregnancy, abortion, and sexual health in Victoria. It is a confidential and free phone line and online service. It is independent and pro-choice, operated by Women’s Health Victoria and supported by the Victoria Government.  

1800 My Options provides support and referral information about: 

• Contraceptive options 
• Medication/surgical abortion 
• STI management and Cervical Screening 
• Pregnancy Options Counselling 

We can find sexual and reproductive health services which are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
