I am a Clinical Psychologist with an interest and passion in supporting adults with issues relating to their sexual health. This includes challenges relating to:

• Sexual desire and libido
• Sexual pain (vaginismus)
• Challenges in relationships including navigating non monogamous relationships
• Support regarding fertility
• Exploration of gender and sexual identity
• Difficulties with orgasm

I am sex positive, LGBTQI+ inclusive, kink friendly and welcoming of all relationship structures.

Alongside this, I also support individuals struggling with other areas of the general mental health including:

• Depression

• Anxiety

• Panic attacks

• Low self-esteem / self-worth

• Navigating difficult life transitions

• Stress and burnout

• Sleep

I use a warm and empathic approach to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for the individuals I work with. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to realise their inner strengths, to navigate the unique challenges they may be facing.
