Trauma is something that affects many people and for some it is debilitating: insomnia, distress, grief, addictions, triggers, social anxiety, loss of confidence, relationship issues, life meaning, self-worth, etc. You’ve lived with it for so long, but just imagine the possibility of sharing the burden, gaining understanding, and feeling freedom as you’re released from it. I am here to understand you, to listen respectfully, and to assist in finding what’s right for you.

I specialise in: Mentoring Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD-1) with Adults, Alcohol & Other Drugs, Art Therapy, LGBTIQA+, XXY & Intersex, Trauma, Attachment repair, and Dream work.

I use a few modalities: EMDR & Flash Technique, PBSP – made famous by Bessel van der Kolk ‘The Body Keeps the Score‘ – as the best approach to repairing disorganised attachment and healing self-worth, Transpersonal, Jungian, Art Therapy, and Sandplay approaches help with life meaning and existence issues.

We are registered as: Sole Trader.
