About

The Country LGBTIQA+ Inclusion program, a program of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health Kyneton, is committed to working with the adult rainbow community to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes through:

• Provision of short term individualised support that aims to assist community members to enhance their lives
• Seeking out additional professional supports and referrals as required
• Running social connection activities and groups
• Building collaborative working relationships with services across the region to facilitate better wellbeing outcomes
• Creating and developing new initiatives with community partners
• Championing the health and wellbeing needs of the LGBTIQA+ community

CLIP is a service for LGBTIQA+ adults (over 25)

We are a part of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, who are registered as a: Not-for-profit.
