CUCUMBER: Relationships & Sex Therapy
About
At CUCUMBER, we do therapy differently.
CUCUMBER is a therapeutic clinic that focuses on emotional processing, attachment theory, and trauma processing. All in the context of supporting clients to feel their feelings and be comfortable, safe, and attuned with themselves and their loved ones.
Emma is a psychotherapist, couples counsellor, and sexologist dedicated to providing therapy that can be playful, cathartic, affirming, and enlightening all at once.
She frequently sees clients in her office who are stuck in patterns of overthinking and emotional avoidance or overwhelm. She works with an experiential approach so you won’t just learn more about yourself or your relationships, you will be able to experience a new and more honest version of yourself in session.
Clients come to CUCUMBER to address:
- perfectionism and self-criticism
- pressure and fear in relationships and sex
- childhood neglect and abuse (including sexual)
- chronic anxiety and depression
