Dandy Lion Psychology is my private psychology practice in Naarm (Melbourne), where I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, both online and in person (Northcote location).

My therapy approach aims to be person-centred, trauma-informed, and systems-aware, drawing on models such as Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I work from a bio-psycho-social and intersectional lens, recognising that our distress does not exist in isolation, and how oppressive power systems and structures (such as racism, capitalism, patriarchy, sexism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia) can shape and impact our wellbeing.

I have particular experience working with:

• LGBTQIA+ clients (including trans and non-binary people)

• Neurodivergent clients (including ADHD & autism)

• People navigating trauma (including abuse and sexual assault, dissociation, PTSD, CPTSD), burnout, life transitions, grief and loss

Funding appointments via NDIS plans (plan-managed or self-managed), and Medicare rebates via the Better Access Scheme are available.
