Life can be tough, and many people find therapy to be a powerful route to rebuilding, and bringing about meaningful change. I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist, with training and experience in working with a range of clients. If you’re experiencing any of the following challenges, we can chat about therapy together:

My practice is based on the Conversational Model: a psychoanalysis-informed therapy with evidential success in treating a range of issues. It’s a warm, relaxed but focused therapy in which we process your experience together, and give you the insights you need to live well.

What & where: Sessions are in-person and weekly for one-hour, from rooms in Carlton, Melbourne. The setting is private, comfortable, and close to public transport. Also available for tele-health/video.

Fees: I don’t offer a Medicare rebate for ten sessions through your GP, however my ongoing rate is $140/hr – no matter how many sessions we have. I keep my hourly rate low because I believe in accessible therapy, and that lasting change happens beyond just ten sessions.
