Therapy is about recovering and re-building when living is tough. We’re not always in a position to afford the help we need – I’m a training psychotherapist with the Australia and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy. As part of my extensive training, I’m offering long-term psychotherapy for $40/hr. Two spaces are currently available.

If you’re experiencing any of the following challenges, I’d be happy to discuss therapy with you:

· Conflicts or difficulty with sexuality
· Gender dysphoria
· Relationship difficulties
· Diagnosed disorders such as BPD
· Depression
· Self-harm & suicidal ideation
· Compromised sense of self

Talk therapy can be a powerful experience in overcoming suffering, and I’m here to be part of your forward movement in life.

To benefit your therapy (and my training), therapy is fully-supervised by a professional ANZAP psychotherapist, via audio recording of the session. Client identity remains confidential. Sessions are regular, weekly for one-hour, from rooms in Carlton, Melbourne. The setting is private, comfortable, and close to public transport.

· 2 years training in Advanced Theory of Psychotherapy from Ashburn Clinic, Dunedin
· 3 years of volunteer counselling for OutLine Aotearoa
· Currently training in psychotherapy with ANZAP
· BA Māori Studies, University of Auckland
· 41 year old gay, cis male New Zealander
