Values Coaching for Personal Growth. A full program beginning with an online questionnaire giving your values evaluation & results questions revealing your actions to take to make positive change.

Your Personal evaluation will help you see how positive your current values are and where you are sabotaging or holding yourself back from realising true personal harmony – includes graphs, insights, percentage results and a way forward.

Then we go deeper into your results questions to uncover your specific blocks & issues giving you the perspective & changes to apply to bring true harmony to your life

Learn to live stronger in values like Equality, Accountability & Honesty while decreasing the affects of Fear, Ego & Judgement. Really get to know yourself, strengthen your identity and know what it means to have real Pride in yourself.   

You receive a foundation of knowledge, perspective, self awareness & what actions to take to improve your life.

Individual sessions are for 1 hour – group program also available for Harmony in a team/group.
