Hi, I’m Jay (she/her).

I started JW Career Consulting because I wanted to create a space for inclusive career guidance and support, with a special focus on ‘Queer Careers’ as an underrepresented group when it comes to career education.

As a proud member of the LGBTIQ+ community myself, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges faced by queer individuals when it comes to finding work and navigating current workplaces and placements.
