SAGE Disability Support

About

SAGE Disability Support is a community and disability support provider offering inclusive and community-driven support services.

Originally based in Sydney, we have now expanded our Team to offer supports in Victoria. We provide a safe, affirming, and empowering space where participants can thrive in their daily lives and communities.

Our goal is to fill the gaps in the disability sector by providing tailored, affirming care that acknowledges the unique experiences and intersectionality of individuals with disabilities. Whether you need one-on-one support, social engagement, mental health support or advocacy assistance.

Paula Corvalan and Gabrielle McCutcheon, our founders, are both leaders in the community and disability sectors. With lived experience and professional expertise, they created SAGE Disability Support for participants who are looking for inclusive services.

OUR MISSION is to provide holistic and empowering support, fostering independence, dignity, and authentic community connections. We believe in cultural safety, trauma-informed care, and the power of lived experience as guiding principles in everything we do.

OUR VISION at SAGE Disability Support, is a future where equality is not just an aspiration but a reality—where everyone has the same access to quality care, opportunities, and representation. Our long-term goal is to expand our services nationwide, breaking down systemic barriers and ensuring that we can all live our lives with choice, control, and genuine inclusion, no matter who and where we are.

We are a part of Sage Disability Support, who are registered as a: Company.
