About

Supports with Integrity is a disability service provider under the NDIS, we provide flexibility in the delivery of support and services to participants with disabilities from all communities.

We support participants who have physical, neurological, intellectual disabilities, and mental health disabilities. We offer support directly to the heterosexual, LGBTIQ+, gender diverse, CALD, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The catchment areas of service delivery include
Melbourne and Southeastern suburbs, and down the Mornington Peninsular.

Supports with Integrity create effective social and individual support services in the areas of community engagement, and social, in-home support. We work toward the acceptance of a participant’s right to be involved within a community and will do our best to set up a safe inclusive activity to provide opportunities for participant’s empowerment, personal growth, and enjoyment.

Supports with Integrity work with the Participant, NDIS, Service Coordinators, and other non-government organisation (NGOs) to create ongoing care teams within an individual’s support plan structure that promote social inclusion and acceptance and advocate, if required on behalf of the participant.

We encourage participants to express their interests and ideas, without feeling embarrassed, misunderstood, or unheard, we encourage participants to follow their dreams and goals. In turn allowing participants to be part of the decision-making process regarding supports, services, and community groups they would like to be a part of.
