About

I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist registered with PACFA (Reg. Certified Practising 30951) who works with individuals (adults and teenagers) and couples. I have an interest in grief and loss, such as bereavement, relationship endings and identity-related struggles. I am warm, inclusive and person-centred, holding space for the full complexity of the human experience- grief, joy and everything in between.
I also have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, stress, chronic health conditions, relationship and interpersonal problems, and exploration of sexuality, gender and non-traditional relational structures.
Integrating evidence-based therapy modalities, I draw from:
