Theresa and Team consists of highly skilled professionals from the LGBTQIA+ community, women, and people with disabilities. The agency works with businesses to produce visual content by connecting them with photographers who align with inclusive values. Founded in response to lived experience navigating disability and barriers within the freelance industry, the agency was created to spark conversation and change. It is a queer-, female-, and disabled-owned and led agency directed by Theresa Harrison, who has over 15 years of experience photographing and producing within the industry.
