Unison Mental Health provides affirming, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures, both online and in-person from our Carlton office. Our team specialises in supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent clients, and people in polyamorous, open, and other consensually non‑monogamous relationships. We work with trauma, CPTSD and PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity, intimacy, and relational challenges, using approaches such as EMDR, DBT, Schema, EFT, IFS‑informed and person‑centred therapies. Our practice is sex‑positive, kink‑aware, and sex‑worker‑affirming, with a strong focus on creating a non‑judgmental, culturally sensitive space where people can explore who they are, how they relate, and what they want their lives and relationships to look like.
