Biography
Alex is a parent, a career public health professional and a soccer devotee. They are also a trans human with a non-binary experience willing to share their lived experience of navigating the health system as a patient seeking gender affirming care and a queer parent navigating parenting in a binary world. They approach speaking like parenting; no topic off limits and a healthy recognition of the their privilege as a white, English speaking person of coloniser decent.
