Biography
Lil is a qualified teacher with a Master of Teaching and a Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education. Lil has experience teaching across the government and independent sectors, as well as the camps and outdoor education industry. They are also an experienced public servant specialising in LGBTIQA+ inclusion in schools. Lil is an avid AFL player and coach; they were twice nominated for the Pride in Sport LGBTQ+ Inclusive coach of the year.
Growing up in a large, Catholic family in regional Victoria, Lil can speak to the experiences of being queer in the country and in faith based institutions.
Lil is a queer, neurodiverse parent with a passion for creating safe and inclusive spaces for the LGBTIQA+ community.
