Building Update – Formwork has been removed

After celebrating “Topping out” Last month where the builders completed the external structure of the Pride Centre, things continue to progress against many odds. The formwork (Scaffolding) has been removed throughout the building and remains only around the 3rd floor atrium area. This has enabled some of our tenants to see their spaces for the first time in person.

The roof services core is now complete along with the installation of in ground services. Substation works on Jackson Street are well underway and the builders have commenced preparation for waterproofing works.

The construction of the portico (porch leading to the entrance) will commence before the end of May as builders continue to adhere to and modify practices to suit physical distancing regulations.
