Dress for Success South East Melbourne have been supplying high quality, pre-loved clothing and accessories for women returning to work for the past 11 yrs.

The Be Who You Are program has been designed specifically for transgender women of all ages from 16+ and who are at any stage of their transition. This program is a full day event that is run on the first Tuesday of every month and is capped at 6 participants. The morning session includes a workshop where you get to meet the other participants and take part in some activities and discussions. The afternoon session is spent in the boutique with our wonderful volunteer stylists who are there to help you choose outfits and try on different styles that can be for work or everyday wear. We also have a volunteer makeup artist who is there to offer advice and practical experience with applying makeup.

Overall, we are hoping to provide a warm and friendly environment in our boutique, where you can feel safe to try on different outfits, with the help of our volunteer stylists, without feeling uncomfortable or that you are being judged. Also, any clothing and accessories that you choose on the day, are yours to keep at no charge. Bookings are essential.
